As the year wraps up and holiday cheer is in the air, we’re reflecting on what has been an extraordinary journey for DeltaGen. Starting in May, we’ve hit significant revenues and built a robust platform in record time—not because it’s easy, but because we have the right team in place and incredible clients who’ve generously devoted their time to help us refine our product.
With these foundations, we’re well-positioned to close our initial round and target $2.1M in ARR by the end of 2025. The first tranche of our $1.5M round was oversubscribed in just two weeks—a testament to the momentum we’ve built.

🏦 Fundraising Update
- We’re thrilled to share that the first $650K of our $1.5M round has been completely oversubscribed—just two weeks after opening! This includes commitments from both institutional and angel investors, which has been incredibly exciting for the team.
- We’re now considering opening the rest of the round in mid-January to meet additional demand. To make sure we find the right partners, we’re currently interviewing portfolio companies of interested investors to align on fit and long-term value.
- If there’s still room in the round by mid-January, we’ll reach out to a few more folks for introductions. Thank you to everyone who has supported us in this process—it’s been a fantastic start!
🚀 Key Highlights
- New Product Features Released: We’ve successfully rolled out key features, including collaboration and research tools—directly addressing user requests. Check out the product section for a video showcasing these updates.
- DaVita Paid Pilot Program: We’re finalizing a paid pilot program with DaVita, a Fortune 500 company. The program kicks off in January and will run for three weeks, after which we anticipate signing a multi-year annual contract. Once complete, we’ll proceed with onboarding the remaining clients on our waitlist.
- Strategic Sales Advisor Discussions: We are in discussions to bring on a major strategic sales advisor to help refine our playbook and scale our go-to-market strategy.
- Team Expansion: We’ve added two valuable team members—Aditya, a full-stack developer, and Harsha, a scrum master who previously interned with us over the summer.
- SOC 2 Type 2 Certification Launched: We’ve officially started our SOC 2 Type 2 certification process (kudos to Avi for leading the charge!). As many of you know, this compliance certification is extremely time-consuming for an early-stage venture, but we’re investing the necessary time and resources to compete at the large enterprise level.
